Refunds and Returns

S & G Estate makes every effort to protect its wines for transport to our customers. In the event of damage occurring in transit, claims should be made within five days of receipt of product. If the purchaser prefers, S & G Estate will replace such product at no cost, if available. If a purchased product is damaged or lost in transit, S & G Estate will replace the product on completion of a trace. If the product is no longer available, S & G Estate will refund the full amount paid.

Once wine is shipped, if returned, it is purchaser’s responsibility to pay all shipping and return shipment charges. If purchaser feels that wine quality is not acceptable, and the wine was never exposed to temperature extremes (below 30°F or above 80°F), S & G Estate must be notified with 24 hours and at least 75% of the bottle’s content must remain. S & G Estate may offer replacement or refund if our own chemical and sensory analysis supports the claim. The bottle must be resealed with a suitable closure, packed to prevent breakage, and returned within 2 days of opening. Send bottle with proof of purchase and purchaser’s name, address and phone number.

Orders for Pick-Up

All orders requested to be picked up must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. If said orders are not picked up within 30 days, purchaser will be charged for shipping and the order will be shipped to the address on file.
